How does the auto-responder feature work?
When prospects and clients visit your site they can request information about buying, selling or any other service you provide. Your prospect enters their name and email into the form, our system will automatically assign them to the campaign which matches their request. This information will generate many leads if you set it up so that prospects request the information from you.
Why did you develop the software?
The software was originally developed by a realtor for his own personal use, but once word got around about the success of drip email marketing, his colleagues began asking to purchase the software from him. Contact29 was developed from that point.

How easy is the software to use?
Contact29 was designed to be easy-to-use but still fully functional. Once you have sign-up you can begin adding your contacts and assigning them to campaigns.
If you choose, you can add your contacts one at a time, or a helpful import tool has been added to the software to allow you to add a database you are currently running.
If you are adding one contact at a time, simply click on the add contact icon. You will then type your contacts first name, last name and email address. You can also add notes in the notes field. Then select a campaign from the drop down menu and save. That is it, let Contact29 do the rest. Adding and modifying campaigns is just as easy.
I can't remember my password!
Go to the login page and simply click on "Forgot My Password." A new password will be sent to you via email. You can then change your password in the Preferences link on the site.
I'm getting returned mail or messages that failed to be delivered?
Messages can be returned for a variety of reasons. But, typically it is one of the following that will resolve the issue: the wrong email address, their email account was closed, a typo was made or their email account was full (over quota).
